Frequently asked questions

  • Once you have Lifetime Access, you're just a couple of steps from watching:

    1. Set your password. Right after checkout we'll ask you to choose a password — that, plus your email, is how you'll sign in from now on.
    2. Start watching on the web at goodwatch.com/watch — nothing to download.
    3. Get the iPhone or iPad app from the App Store and sign in with the same email and password.

Your Lifetime Access is tied to your account, so there's nothing to “restore” — sign in on any device and everything is already unlocked, including your saved shows and where you left off.

  • Right after your payment goes through, we take you straight into GoodWatch and ask you to set a password. Use that password together with the email you entered at checkout whenever you sign in.

Coming back later, or signing in on another device? Head to the sign-in page, enter that same email and password, and you're back in.

Forgot your password? You can reset it in a few seconds.

  • Lifetime Access is a single, one-time payment that unlocks everything on GoodWatch — every series and episode we have today, plus all the new shows we add over time.

There's no subscription, no monthly bill, and no ads — ever. Pay once, and it's yours.

  • No — never. We add new GoodWatch series and episodes regularly, and they're all included in your Lifetime Access at no extra cost.

One payment covers everything, today and in the future.

  • Yes. Lifetime Access lives with your account, not a single device. Sign in with the same email on any supported device — iPhone, iPad, or the web — and everything's there.

Your saved shows and watch progress sync across devices too, so your kids can start an episode on the couch and pick it right back up on the go.

  • Of course — GoodWatch is built for your whole family. Everyone in your household can watch on the same account, across all of your family's devices.

We just ask that you keep it within your own household and don't share your login outside your home, in line with our Terms.

  • Yes — keeping kids safe is the entire reason GoodWatch exists. Every series is original, made-for-kids animation, and each episode is reviewed and approved by our team before it ever appears in the app.

There are no ads, no user-uploaded videos, and no comments— so there are no surprise recommendations or outside links pulling your child toward something you didn't choose. What you see is exactly what they watch.

  • GoodWatch is made for kids roughly ages 2–14, spanning preschoolers all the way up to tweens and young teens. Every story is gentle and age-appropriate — the kind of thing you're happy to leave on.

    • Toddlers (2–4): simple, calming stories with familiar characters.
    • Preschool (3–5): playful adventures about friendship, feelings, and curiosity.
    • Grade school & up (6–14): richer stories with a little more humor, heart, and adventure.

You know your family best — younger and older kids are always welcome too.
